The Faculty is composed of seasoned professionals and pioneers from medicine, public health, science, policy, ethics, digital transformation, and entrepreneurial innovation. Through structured knowledge transfer and real-world application, the Faculty guides the intellectual growth, mentorship culture, and systems innovation of THCC.
1. Lifecare Academy
Redesigning Health Systems from Sickcare to Lifecare
Faculty members in the Lifecare Academy focus on building the scientific, philosophical, and operational foundations for a shift from reactive treatment to proactive lifelong care. This includes:
Translational research on healthy longevity, One Health, and Blue Zone models.
Systems thinking to integrate public health, personal health, and planetary health.
Engaging in pilots and projects that model prevention-focused care ecosystems.
Faculty play a bridging role between academic research and clinical transformation—ensuring that evidence-based Lifecare strategies are implemented at the system level.
2. Governance Academy
Establishing Ethical and Transparent Health Governance
In the Governance Academy, Faculty develop and disseminate best practices for ethical, transparent, and scalable health governance models. Their work includes:
Policy innovation and regulatory framework design.
Ethical leadership and digital health regulation.
Engaging insurers, policymakers, and digital health partners to craft governance structures that enable innovation while protecting human dignity and equity.
Faculty members help define governance curricula and lead applied governance labs to embed responsible decision-making into organizational culture.
3. Leadership Academy
Cultivating 360º Leadership for Health Innovation
The Leadership Academy is where Faculty train the next generation of system leaders to navigate complexity, connect silos, and lead across disciplines, sectors, and borders. Key contributions include:
Creating executive and peer-to-peer learning formats for cross-sector leadership.
Embedding neuroleadership principles and values-based strategy into training.
Guiding leaders through personal transformation and resilience in times of change.

4. Mentorship Academy
Transferring Wisdom, Empowering Future Leaders
The Faculty of the Mentorship Academy serve as navigators, role models, and sponsors for the students and young professionals in the THCC network. Their structured involvement includes:
Designing mentorship frameworks for all stages of academic and career development.
Providing 1:1 mentoring, group coaching, and personal leadership development.
Empowering young talents to lead innovation in medicine, policy, and entrepreneurship.
This Academy embodies the principle of leadership succession, ensuring that wisdom and values are passed to the next generation.
5. Entrepreneurship Academy
Igniting Innovation & Systemic Impact
Faculty members in the Entrepreneurship Academy champion a culture of actionable innovation and translational science. Their core tasks include:
Designing innovation tracks and venture-building programs.
Connecting students and professionals with real-world startup and scale-up ecosystems.
Guiding the creation of MedTech, BioTech, and Digital Health solutions that align with THCC’s value-based health principles.
